Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Zerlegekraft in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Für unseren Zerlegebetrieb in Nürnberg suchen wir einen Metzger/Zerleger, im Idealfall mit Berufserfahrung.

Ihre Aufgaben und Anforderungen:

  • Grob und Feinzerlegung von Schweine- und Rindfleisch
  • Vorbereitung und Sortierung der Fleischteile gemäß Produktionsplan
  • Arbeiten nach dem Hygienekonzept
  • Gewährleistung und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ausbeute beim Zerlegen von Fleisch
  • Perspektivisch kann eine Stelle als Betriebsleiter in Aussicht gestellt werden
  • Erfahrung als Metzger, Zerleger von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse müssten vorhanden sein
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit setzen wir voraus
  • Arbeitszeitbeginn flexibel, jedoch Abends oder Nachts (Mo-Fr)
