Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Woodbury, MN . This position offers a unique 4-day work week , three scheduled days off every week, and consistent overnight hours.

You'll be responsible for maintaining hard floors, cleaning carpets, operating floor care equipment, and helping keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Woodbury, MN

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

• •8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• •32 Hours Per Week
• •4-Day Work Week
• •Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Off

What You'll Do

• •Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• •Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
• •Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• •Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• •Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• •Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• •Complete cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• •Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• •Strong attendance and reliability
• •Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• •Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, floor care, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
