Stellenbeschreibung: Florist/in – Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Kundenkontakt, Sträuße & Gestecke

Aufgaben:

Selbstständiges Arbeiten in der Floristik, inklusive Planung, Umsetzung und Präsentation von Sträußen und Gestecken.

Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden: Beratung, Bedarfsermittlung, Anfertigung individuell passender Blumenkonzepte.

Bindung von Sträußen und Gestecken nach Kundenvorgaben, kreative Gestaltung und Qualitätskontrolle.

Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen (telefonisch, persönlich, online), Pflege der Auftragsdaten, Terminabstimmungen.

Pflege von Blumen, Materialien und Arbeitsbereich; Mitwirkung bei Warenpräsentation, Inventur und Lagerverwaltung.

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Florist/in oder vergleichbare einschlägige Erfahrung.

Kreativität, Farbgefühl und ein gutes ästhetisches Verständnis.

Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Servicebereitschaft.

Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit.

Gutes Teamverständnis, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.

Grundkenntnisse in Büro- oder Kassensystemen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Bestell-Software.
