WHAT THIS JOB REALLY IS

This is not a “sit and wait” driving job.

This is fast-paced, physical, production-driven work supporting active paving operations. You’ll be expected to:

• •Load, unload, and transport asphalt safely and efficiently
• •Work around live paving crews and tight jobsite conditions
• •Maneuver equipment with precision
• •Handle trailer hookups, inspections, and securement
• •Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations
• •Keep equipment clean, operational, and professional
• •Show up ready to work long days during peak season

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• •CDL-A with acceptable MVR
• •Doubles / T Endorsement
• •Minimum 1 year of Flowboy experience
• •Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• •Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• •Strong safety mindset and work ethic

PREFERRED:

Gravel Train experience

Requirements

Licensed CDL Class A Driver license with acceptable MVR

T Endorsement (Doubles Endorsement)

Flowboy Driver Requirements:

1+ years Flow Boy experience

Preferred qualifications:

Gravel train experience

Flowboy Driver Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

Must be able to pass a DOT physical
