Unser Partner Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH sucht Verstärkung am Standort Donauwörth . Als Fluggerätmechaniker arbeiten Sie an der Montage und Instandhaltung modernster Hubschraubersysteme.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung und mechanische Montage von Bauteilen und Baugruppen für verschiedene Hubschraubertypen
  • Durchführung von Niet-, Bohr- und Klebearbeiten an Metall- und Strukturbauteilen
  • Einbau komplexer Komponenten sowie Wartung und Instandhaltung von Fluggerätbauteilen
  • Maschinelle Bearbeitung von Bauteilen durch Formen, Schneiden oder Pressen
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen inklusive lückenloser Dokumentation
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen in der Fertigung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Metallbauer (m/w/d)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung, Produktion oder Montage von Baugruppen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die technische Dokumentation
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (2-Schicht-Betrieb)
  • Eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
