Responsibilities:

• •Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive dining experience
• •Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen
• •Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• •Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• •Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• •Clear tables and reset them for new guests when needed
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area
• •Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware, washing bar glasses, and cleaning tables
• •Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
• •Maintain knowledge of the menu items and be able to easily identify each item
• •Comply with all health and safety regulations
