What You Can Expect :

  • Zarządzanie pracą podległego zespołu (około 20 osób), w tym odpowiedzialność za wyniki jakościowe i ilościowe
  • Nadzór nad prawidłowym przebiegiem procesu, zgodnie z zachowaniem wyznaczonych standardów
  • Realizowanie założonego planu produkcyjnego
  • Wsparcie dla pracowników magazynowych, weryfikacja wydajności i jakości pracy
  • Obsługę wewnętrznego systemu magazynowego
  • Wdrażanie oraz rozwój kompetencji podległego zespołu,
  • Analiza wyników oraz wdrażanie działań usprawniających,
  • Współpraca z innymi działami w zakresie realizacji procesów operacyjnych,
  • Dbanie o przestrzeganie zasad BHP i bezpieczeństwo pracy w magazynie.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Brygadzisty/Team Leadera (mile widziane w branży logistycznej i magazynowania)
  • Wykształcenie min. średnie (preferowane kierunkowe- logistyczne)
  • Dobra obsługa komputera i urządzeń skanujących
  • Dobra znajomość Excel
  • Umiejętność planowania, organizowania i koordynowania pracy zespołu
  • Cechy lub predyspozycje: asertywność, umiejętności przywódcze i komunikacyjne, otwartość
  • Mile widziane: znajomość języka angielskiego
