TITLE: Forklift Driver

REPORTS TO: Assistant Production Manager

SUPERVISES: N/A

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Teamwork oriented employee responsible for the movement of materials in receiving, production and shipping as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND DAILY TASKS

• •Systemically scan and physically pull products to prepare for shipment.
• •Moves cabinet material, and any material from storage to work areas and vice versa.

Preforms routine maintenance on forklift as required by established procedures.

Maintains cleanliness of storage areas as assigned.

Maintains inventory records as required.

Performs duties consistent with established safety rules and procedure.

Coordinates with saw operators, and production management.

Performs other duties as required by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.

90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject weather, noise, and dust.

Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.

Able to use a tape measure for accuracy.

Able to bend and stand, or and sit for extended periods of time.
