A Typical Day:

• •Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
• •Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service.
• •Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff.
• •Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements

What We Need From A Candidate:

• •Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license
• •Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity
• •BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment.
• •Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills
• •Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
• •Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• •Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
