Full Time Host – Solette Seattle (Rooftop Venue)

Job Description:

Solette Seattle is seeking a polished, guest-focused Host to be the first point of contact for our elevated rooftop experience. This role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a warm, seamless arrival experience for every guest.

Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Join us to bring lifestyle-driven hospitality to new heights with a dedicated, collaborative team in a vibrant, city-facing setting. Scheduled to open in of Spring 2026.

What Will You Do?

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow with accuracy and poise

Communicate seating status clearly with service and management teams

Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand and entry area

Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and special requests

Support service staff during peak periods to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

Previous host or front-of-house experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Calm, professional presence in a high-energy environment

Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
