We’re looking for a motivated and sales-driven Full-time Keyholder to join our team at Merchant 1948 Sylvia Park store . If you’re confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager’s away – this is the perfect next step in your retail career.

You’ll be part of a team that knows their stuff, loves what they do, and takes real pride in helping people find their perfect fit.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role: Keyholder

Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday

Tuesday: 12pm - 7pm

Wednesday: 11am - 7pm

Thursday: 1pm - 9pm

Friday: 10:30am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Minimum Hours: 36 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $24.50 + bonus potential!

Creating exceptional experiences for every customer

Have experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or similar)

Are confident, responsible and happy to lead by example

Have a great eye for detail and presentation
