Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Port Huron, MI

Concept Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Port Huron, MI!

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan SLP license
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in SNF, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
