What does a Functional Specialist Lead do at PALO IT?

As a Functional Specialist Lead, you will:

Manage and control the annual investment budget for IT projects and maintenance, ensuring deviations are detected and reported promptly.

Administer and track supplier contracts related to IT projects, facilitating internal and external communications to resolve billing discrepancies.

Oversee the financial management of projects through institutional tools like ADMIN and JDE.

Produce monthly reports on contracts, billing, and budget usage to evaluate progress and make informed decisions.

• What experience do you need for this role?
• You’re a strong fit for the Functional Specialist Lead role if you have:

Required:

A degree in Accounting or General Administration with at least 3 years of experience in budget preparation, billing processes, and contract management.

Proficiency in using the JDE platform.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Nice-to-have:

Familiarity with financial project management applications.

Advanced certifications in tax laws (ISR and IVA) and decision-making costs.
