Funding/ Submission Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Funding/Submission Specialist based in Switzerland.

• This remote role supports the efficient movement of business financing applications from submission through funding.
• You will review application details, assess lender requirements, and determine the appropriate placement for each deal.
• Working closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders, you will help keep submissions accurate, complete, and moving forward.
• The position combines financial analysis, process coordination, documentation management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• You will use Salesforce and other digital tools to manage submissions, financial records, approvals, and denials.
• Your attention to detail and understanding of U.S. business finance will help identify potential roadblocks and support successful deal outcomes.
