Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Requirements:
- Final year/recent graduates in Secretary, Office Administration, or related field
- 0 - 1 year of relevant experience (internship or organizational experience is a plus)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective team player with good collaboration skills
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft 365, and familiarity with other supporting technologies such as AI tools
- Presents a neat and professional personal appearance
- Demonstrates tact, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions
