Als ausgebildeter Gärtner/in oder Meister/in (m,w,d) betreuen Sie unseren Kundenstamm im Bereich Außen- und Innenbepflanzung. Das bedeutet im Einzelnen:

  • Bepflanzungen für unsere Kunden im Innen- und Außenbereich
  • Einkauf von Pflanzen
  • Pflege und Beratung im Bereich Pflanzen
  • Dekorationen im Bereich Messe und Veranstaltungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Verkauf im Bereich Pflanzen
  • ggf. Binden von Sträußen

Das sehen wir bei Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner/in oder mit gleichwertiger Qualifikation sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Garten-, Landschaftsbau, Stauden- und Zierpflanzenbau.
  • Fachwissen bzgl. Pflanzenkunde
  • Organisatorisches Geschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Engagement und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
