  • Abschluss im grünen Beruf: Gärtner, Gärtnermeister, Gartenbau-Techniker, Landwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis für moderne Gartenbau- und Bewässerungstechnik
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sachkundenachweis Pflanzenschutz (oder Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung)
  • Führerschein Klasse B und T
