As a Gen AI Architect - Senior Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions within our Advisory practice. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored AI strategies that drive business transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and experience to provide strategic guidance, fostering innovation and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, motivating them to solve complex problems and achieve impactful results.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Data, Analytics & AI competency network, engaging with diverse projects that push the boundaries of AI technology. You will apply your judgment to navigate challenging situations, validate outcomes with clients, and refine processes to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities

• - Leading data engineering projects and managing client expectations effectively
• - Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of data modernization initiatives
• - Utilizing technical proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure Data Factory to enhance data integration and transformation processes
• - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data architecture challenges
• - Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable data infrastructure solutions using Apache Hadoop and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
• - Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across data engineering teams
• - Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
• - Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance through strategic questioning and analytical thinking

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 12 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics

• - Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for data solutions
