PalletOne, Inc. is looking for reliable and safety‑focused General Labor team members to support our production operations. This hands‑on role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a team that produces quality lumber products for customers nationwide.

No prior manufacturing experience is required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

What You’ll Do

As a General Laborer, you’ll play an important role in safely handling and preparing lumber products to meet customer and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Move, stack, and secure lumber and materials according to instructions
• •Build finished bundles based on customer requirements and bundle specifications
• •Label and tag materials accurately by type, size, and quantity
• •Apply individual tags before and after treating or production processes
• •Operate hand tools such as staple guns and assist with basic troubleshooting
• •Band, bundle, and secure material, including corner protectors and loading sticks
• •Verify correct quantities and labeling before material leaves the work area
• •Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to a supervisor
• •Record production data on production sheets
• •Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• •Assist other departments by moving materials and loading/unloading carts
• •Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement (CI) activities, and training
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• •Must be at least 18 years of age
• •High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• •No prior experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience is a plus
• •Basic math skills preferred
• •Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment
• •Willingness to perform physical work throughout the shift

Hourly/Salary Pay Range : $16.50-18.00 hourly. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by experience and other job-related factors.
