General Laborer - Field Mobilization

Description

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our Field Mobilization Team. In this role, you’ll support commercial mechanical construction projects by helping prepare job sites, move materials, and assist skilled trades. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• •Assist with job site setup and breakdown, including temporary facilities, fencing, and safety signage
• •Load, unload, move, and stage mechanical materials and equipment
• •Support HVAC, plumbing, and pipefitting crews with general labor tasks
• •Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• •Assist with material deliveries, inventory, and tool tracking
• •Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• •Travel to multiple job sites daily

What We’re Looking For

• •Dependable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• •Able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs
• •Willingness to learn and take direction
• •Team-oriented attitude
• •Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle
• •Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

• •Commercial construction experience
• •OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• •Forklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift experience
• •Familiarity with mechanical construction tools and materials

Work Environment

• •Work is primarily performed on commercial construction sites across varying locations
• •Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and typical construction conditions
• •Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions on active construction sites
• •Weekday schedule with potential for early starts, overtime, or occasional weekends
