Job Summary:

Responsible for following a daily schedule of equipment service, general repair of non-medical equipment and minor construction of remodeling projects.

Job Duties:

• •Maintains and repairs all non-medical equipment in all buildings and systems.
• •Performs general carpentry in support of alterations and renovations.
• •Performs masonry tasks when necessary.
• •Sets up scaffold and ladders for safe usage.
• •Repairs a variety of mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and general building components.
• •Maintains all tools and equipment in safe and operable condition.
• •Reports problems to supervisor.
