CULTURE
We're a fun, fast-paced, purpose-driven crew that's passionate about food. If you can inspire a team to be their best, geek out over guest experience, and find joy in a well-run shift — you'll fit right in!
What you'll own:
- Lead the guest experience end-to-end — food quality, speed, and the vibe on the floor
- Run BOH readiness: prep, ordering, inventory, temperature and ticket-time standards
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train your team using our Wisetail programs
- Forecast labor and sales to build smart, effective schedules
- Deliver quarterly performance reviews and keep turnover below industry average
- Maintain a safe, harassment-free workplace, and keep the restaurant inspection-ready
- Manage food, labor, and controllable costs to hit budget and profitability targets
- Handle shiftly, daily, weekly, and period accounting duties, accurately and on time
- About Birdcall
- We're a fast-casual crew across Colorado, Arizona, and Texas, built on great food, real hospitality, and people who actually want to be here. Birdcall is growing — new stores, new concepts, new opportunities — and we're looking for GMs who want to grow with us.

- Comfort with budgets, payroll, banking, and basic math
- Sharp reasoning to project sales, evaluate budgets, and read profit statements
- The ability to direct, motivate, discipline, and genuinely engage a team
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally between stores
- Ability to obtain and maintain an alcohol service permit
