· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the TLT /Lattice tower / Monopole sector.

· Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate Company from competitors.

· Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and global markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.

· Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful execution of transmission line projects.

· Oversee the proposal development process, including preparing and presenting business cases, proposals, and contracts.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

· Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance Company’s product and service offerings.

· Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
