Job Description

• - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• - Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• - Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
• - Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• - Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
• - Perform gap analysis and support solution design discussions.
• - Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, developers, and testers.
• - Facilitate requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder expectations.
• - Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and defect resolution activities.
• - Assess impacts of business and regulatory changes.
• - Support Agile/Scrum project delivery and change management activities.
• - Work on Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, and Digital Banking initiatives.
• - Participate in API integration, data migration, and modernization projects.
• - Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards including KYC, AML, FATCA, and Basel guidelines.
