Depending on the level of the role, responsibilities will range from GIS data processing and mapping support to coordination, management, and oversight of GIS activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level)

Process, encode, validate, and analyze spatial data using GIS and mapping software.

Conduct georeferencing, digitization, data conversion, and integration of information from surveys, land documents, and external sources.

Coordinate the acquisition of spatial data from contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Support contractor engagement and monitor the progress and quality of GIS, surveying, topographic, parcellary, and related deliverables.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of survey outputs, maps, and geospatial datasets.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and field verification activities as required.

Coordinate with Land Securement, Permitting, Community Development, Engineering, Environmental, and Construction teams to ensure GIS requirements are met.

Maintain organized records of maps, survey data, land-related documentation, and geospatial databases.

Provide spatial analysis and reporting to support project planning, risk assessment, and decision-making.

Coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs), government agencies, consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.

Support broader business development activities and other duties as reasonably requested by management.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, or a related field.
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer is highly preferred and may be required depending on the position level.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in GIS, surveying, geospatial analysis, land management, or related fields, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale development projects.
  • Proficiency in GIS and mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, and related applications.
  • Experience managing geodatabases, spatial datasets, and mapping deliverables.
  • Knowledge of GPS, RTK, and other surveying equipment and methodologies.
  • Experience reviewing lot boundaries, cadastral information, overlaps, and land-related spatial conflicts.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and field locations across the Philippines.

Why Join Us?
