Registered Nurse-ED

Full Time I Third Shift

Emergency Dept. I Georgetown, KY

$15,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Qualified Individuals

Description ED-RN:

• •Registered Nurse implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.
• •Assessment of patients’ needs.
• •Development of patient care plans.
• •Provision of direct care.
• •Management of patient care delivery.
• •Demonstrate leadership skills.
• •Support for quality care.
• •Customer relations and healing environment.

Requirements ED-RN:

• •Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• •Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• •Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor’s degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
• •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of their hire date.
• •ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
