und in Teilzeit Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem ambulanten Pflegedienst, suchen wir ab sofort in Direktanstellung (ab 6 Uhr) eine Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d).

Aufgaben sind:

  • Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege (Waschen, Zahn- und Hautpflege, Ankleiden), der Nahrungsaufnahme, hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
  • Überwachung von Vitalfunktionen (Puls, Temperatur, Atmung) und Protokollierung des Gesundheits-zustands
  • Mobilisierung (Aufstehen, Gehen, Treppensteigen) und Toilettenbenutzung, sowie Lagerung (z.B. vom Bett in den Rollstuhl) und Umlagerung
  • Vorbereiten und Anreichen von Mahlzeiten und Getränken
  • Betten machen, Zimmer aufräumen, Pflanzen gießen
  • Inkontinenzversorgung
  • Einhaltung von Hygienestandards
  • Soziale Begleitung, Spaziergänge, Gespräche und Unterstützung bei Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Verbandswechsel, oder Medikamentengabe nach Delegation durch Fachpersonal

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Nachweis über eine 1 oder 2- jährige Ausbildung in der Pflege, oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh- schicht, abwechselnd und alle 14 Tage am Wochenende-dafür sind dann unter der Woche 2 Tage frei)
