Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Annahme von PKW zur Reparatur oder Wartung
  • Kundenberatung
  • Ansprechperson rund um die Reparaturannahme
  • Sorgfältige Pflege der Prozesse im internen System
  • Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt
  • Gestaltung einmaliger Kundenerlebnisse

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Ausbildung, sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung; Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Techniker/in von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung als Kundendienstberater/in von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
  • B-Führerschein
