Wir suchen dich als gewerbliche Teamleitung in Vollzeit!

  • Teamwork: Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs, packst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für dein Team.
  • Organisationstalent: In deinem Bereich planst du den Einsatz von Personal und Ressourcen.
  • Fortschritte erzielen: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team optimierst du bestehende Lagerprozesse und hast stets ein Auge auf die Kennzahlen des Tages.
  • Safety first: Wenn es um Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung geht, trägst du Sorge für die Einhaltung unserer Standards.

What You Bring:

  • Lust auf Führung: Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung in einem logistischen Umfeld gesammelt und möchtest deine Führungsqualitäten bei uns unter Beweis zu stellen.
  • IT-Skills: Mit MS Office kennst du dich aus – alles andere lernst du bei uns.
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst stets auf Augenhöhe und motivierst dein Team mit deinem Tatendrang.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
