Job Title
Global 3PP Supply Chain Leader H&AM (all genders)
Job Description
The Global 3PP Supply Chain Leader H&AM owns the end-to-end strategy, operating model, commercial performance, and supply chain execution of Philips’ global Third-Party Products (3PP) portfolio. The role drives the transformation of regional operations into a scalable, profitable, customer-focused global capability.
Acting as the operational link between supplier strategy, planning, product lifecycle management, procurement, fulfillment, and customer delivery, the leader works cross-functionally to translate business strategy into reliable execution, profitable growth, and supply continuity.
The role will also define and optimize operating models for standard 3PP products, value-added services, and light-touch factory-supported offerings.
Your role:
- Define and execute the global 3PP strategy, target operating model, governance, organization design, and multi-year transformation roadmap. Establish clear decision rights, performance routines, and global standards across regions and functions.
- Own the global operational and commercial performance of the 3PP network, including service, quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness, margin, working capital, and customer experience.
- Lead strategic supplier relationships and, in partnership with Procurement, shape supplier negotiations, commercial terms, sourcing strategy, onboarding, cost-productivity programs, contract compliance, and supplier-performance improvement plans.
- Lead the global buying and planning organization supporting 3PP. Partner with regional S&OP teams, Procurement, and strategic suppliers to align demand forecasts with supply, capacity, inventory, purchase orders, and fulfillment plans; proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Own end-to-end 3PP order fulfillment—from demand signal and order orchestration through supplier purchase-order execution, inventory visibility, fulfillment, delivery, invoicing readiness, and customer experience.
- Drive 3PP revenue growth, gross-margin improvement, product availability, and digital/eStore enablement in partnership with Commercial and Product Management.
- Lead cross-functional readiness for product onboarding, new-product introductions, product transfers, engineering changes, obsolescence, and product lifecycle management. Ensure regulatory compliance, successful commercialization, and uninterrupted customer supply.
- Transform and evolve the global 3PP operating and distribution network through agile fulfillment strategies, optimized inventory positioning, resilient supply-chain design, and continuous improvement.
- Sponsor the SmartHub digital roadmap, including SAP/ERP integration, EDI, supplier connectivity, control-tower visibility, sales-order orchestration, workflow automation, dashboards, and data-driven performance management.
- Lead the future integration of TopKal into the 3PP operating model and establish governance for light-touch factory-supported offerings.
- Own the 3PP business case and benefits realization, including supplier savings, productivity, inventory and working-capital reduction, cost-to-serve reduction, revenue growth, gross-margin improvement, and EBITDA benefits.
- Build a high-performing global team and matrixed stakeholder network; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision making.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- You have 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, procurement, commercial operations, external manufacturing, planning, fulfillment, or business transformation, including responsibility for complex global third-party networks.
- You have demonstrated experience leading strategic supplier partnerships and negotiations, supplier performance, cost productivity, and commercial-performance improvement.
- You have deep end-to-end knowledge of order management, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory, fulfillment, distribution, and customer delivery.
- You have led cross-functional organizations across Commercial, S&OP, Procurement, Product Management, PLM, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Finance, IT, and regional operations to achieve business and operational objectives.
- You have experience with SAP/ERP, EDI, workflow automation, digital commerce, performance analytics, and control-tower or supply-chain visibility capabilities.
- You have strong financial acumen, including business-case development, margin, working capital, productivity, cost-to-serve, and benefits realization.
- You are an experienced executive-level leader who can influence senior stakeholders, develop high-performing teams, and operate effectively in a global matrix organization.
- You are able to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Compensation & benefits
- Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 314,900 – PLN 521,700. Benefits include: hybrid working, paid time-off, health and wellbeing benefits, diversity & inclusion initiatives and learning and development opportunities.
