What you’ll do

• •Shape and drive Trouw Nutrition’s global digital agenda, translating business strategy into a focused roadmap that delivers customer value, growth and operational excellence.
• •Partner with global and local business leaders to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact digital opportunities across Livestock Feed.
• •Align business requirements with Digital & Technology capabilities, ensuring scalable solutions that support both Premix & Specialties and Complete Feed business models.
• •Leverage emerging technologies, AI and digital innovation to strengthen customer value propositions and create competitive advantage.
• •Lead cross-functional collaboration, governance and adoption to ensure digital investments deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable value.

Who we’re looking for

• •Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or a related discipline.
• •10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within a global organization.
• •Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• •Strong knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise platforms.
• •Experience in livestock, animal nutrition, agriculture or a related industry is preferred, combined with strong commercial awareness and a passion for innovation.
