Als Global Project Manager – Supply Chain steuern Sie internationale Transformationsprojekte entlang der gesamten Lieferkette.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Global Project Manager - Supply Chain (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung globaler Transformationsprojekte im Supply-Chain-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität
  • Erstellung von Project Charter und Business Case (inkl. ROI)
  • Aufbau von Projektorganisation und Governance-Strukturen
  • Definition des Target Operating Models
  • Bewertung, Auswahl und Implementierung von Tools / Lösungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Change-Management-Maßnahmen
  • Steuerung der Stabilisierungsphase sowie Validierung der Projektergebnisse (Sign-off)
  • Planung und Steuerung von Projektressourcen und Budgets
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring von Fortschritt, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kunden zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung
  • Steuerung aller Projektphasen inkl. Meilensteine und Deliverables
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Reporting an Stakeholder
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit
  • Reisetätigkeit ca. 10–20 %
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Studium in BWL, Supply Chain, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (agil & Wasserfall)
  • Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, MS Project)
  • Zertifizierungen (z. B. Prince2, Scrum Master) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Supply Chain Umfeld (z. B. Procurement, Sourcing, S&OP, After Sales)
  • Sehr gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Change Management
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-, Risiko- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit M365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch/Japanisch von Vorteil
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, technische Details zu verstehen und mit Business-Stakeholdern zu verbinden
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
