This attorney will serve a critical role in supporting the company and its global parent with various legal issues, primarily focusing on securities law matters. The Global Securities Counsel will manage sophisticated legal matters while interacting with senior business leadership and managers around the company. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel and Director M&A.
