  • This is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering global LIMS and ELN implementation programs across multiple business areas and international regions.
  • You will lead programs from initial planning and implementation through post-go-live stabilization, ensuring systems deliver measurable business value.
  • The role combines enterprise program management, software implementation, organizational change management, and people leadership.
  • You will establish governance standards, implementation best practices, and scalable deployment processes across a complex global environment.
  • Working closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and software teams, you will align technology initiatives with business and compliance objectives.
  • You will also lead implementation and training teams, drive user adoption, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance expectations.
  • With approximately 50% travel, this opportunity is suited to an experienced implementation leader who thrives in international, regulated, and highly collaborative environments.
