What You’ll Do
We’re looking for someone who loves creating workplaces where people feel welcome, connected, and excited to be together . You’ll help shape an office experience that feels less like a place to work and more like a community to be part of.
Bring the office to life — create memorable community moments, fun activations, celebrations, and engagement initiatives that bring people together
Bild a strong local culture — partner closely with the People Experience team and local leaders to create an inclusive, welcoming, and vibrant office environment
Make our values part of everyday life — find creative ways to bring our culture and values to life across the office and hybrid experience
Listen, learn & improve — gather feedback from employees, spot opportunities, and turn insights into ideas that make collaboration, connection, and the overall employee experience even better
Make every moment count — from a new hire’s first day to team celebrations and everyday office interactions, help create experiences that people genuinely enjoy
Areas of Responsibility:
Facilities
Promoting Sitecorian Culture
Coordinating local office improvement projects as needed
Responding appropriately to office emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
Liaising with building management for maintenance, security, fire safety
Maintaining relationships with local businesses including hotels and service providers
Coordinating maintenance works, cleaning
Finance: PO’s, Invoices and budget management for site
Ensuring office meets health and safety requirements
Remotely support other locations as POC for vacation or illness cover
General Office/Reception Duties
Meet & Greet
Office management & upkeep of meeting rooms
Ordering catering for internal meetings/events as needed
Ordering & maintaining office supplies and office refreshments
Preparing & arranging outgoing post & parcels (including Courier)
Distribution of incoming mail and packages as appropriate
Participate in onboarding and offboarding employees and delivering welcome induction
Managing Security and access controls

Notary experience is a plus — helpful to have, but definitely not the whole story.
You bring relevant experience — around 1–2 years in a similar role is a great starting point.
