Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Front Office graduate programme, you’ll need:
To have, or be on course to achieving a master’s degree or PhD in a STEM subject or quantitative finance
A strong customer focus
Strong analytical skills
Basic coding skills
Great communication skills
The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
A genuine passion for learning and development
