Stelle ein leistungsstarkes Team von Application Engineers für Robotic Foundation Models ein, fördere und entwickle es weiter

Übernimm die technische Leitung und fungiere als Eskalationsstelle für NeuraGym-Nutzer: Bewerte die Machbarkeit, wähle Algorithmen aus und plane die Datenerhebung

Verantworte das Onboarding von Nutzern in die vollständige NeuraGym-Pipeline: Teleoperation, Annotation, Training, Simulation, Deployment und Validierung

Arbeite eng mit Robotics Engineers vor Ort während der Datenerfassung und Experimente zusammen, um gewünschtes Verhalten und Sicherheitsstandards sicherzustellen

Greife hands-on ein, wenn das Team auf kritische Blocker stößt: Prüfe Trainingsskripte, identifiziere Datenprobleme und hilf bei der Reproduktion von Modellfehlern

Diene als Schnittstelle zu unseren Cloud- und KI-Teams und fördere die funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung

Bündele Erkenntnisse aus allen Projekten und speise sie in die NeuraGym-Produkt-Roadmap sowie in die zentrale KI-Roadmap von Neura ein

Definiere und verfolge Team-KPIs (Skill-Erfolgsrate, Zeit bis zur validierten Fähigkeit, Dateneffizienz)

Was wir uns wünschen

Master- oder Promotionsabschluss in Informatik, Robotik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Machine Learning in der Robotik — starke Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: visuell gestützte Manipulation, Reinforcement-/Imitationslernen oder multimodale Foundation Models

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Personalführung oder formeller technischer Leitung (z. B. Tech Lead, Staff Engineer oder Team Lead mit direkter Führungsverantwortung)

Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse (C++ von Vorteil); praktische Erfahrung mit PyTorch oder TensorFlow

Sicher im Umgang mit realer Roboterhardware und zugehöriger Middleware

Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure oder GCP) sowie Robotik-Simulationstools (z. B. IsaacSim, MuJoCo) von Vorteil

Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, komplexe Robotikprojekte über mehrere Monate mit messbaren Ergebnissen umzusetzen

Klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit der Kompetenz, zwischen Forschern, Ingenieuren und Endanwendern zu vermitteln; gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (B2–C1)
