Growth Engineer - SEO, SEM & AI Search

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Engineer - SEO, SEM & AI Search based in Canada.

• This is a hands-on growth role focused on generating qualified B2B leads and measurable revenue through search and AI-driven discovery channels.
• You will own the full growth motion across SEO, SEM, Generative Engine Optimization, and Generative Engine Marketing.
• The role combines strategic thinking with direct execution, from identifying high-intent opportunities to launching campaigns and optimizing content and landing pages.
• You will help strengthen visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences.
• Success will be measured by business outcomes such as qualified leads, pipeline, attribution, and revenue rather than traffic alone.
• You will work closely with leadership in a fast-moving, experimentation-driven environment where you are expected to identify opportunities and implement solutions independently.
• The initial engagement is structured as a three-month project, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
