Job Summary:

Drives global data transformation programs that create a unified, trusted foundation for precise business performance measurement and modern sales execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Creates AI-ready GTM data transformation concepts and prototypes

Coordinate requirements, testing, approvals and deployment across business, Finance, Sales Compensation and Enterprise Operations stakeholders.

Establish clear governance, milestones, decision forums and risk mitigation for complex global programs.

Challenge legacy approaches and introduce scalable, AI-ready data capabilities that improve accuracy, transparency and speed.

Ensure solutions comply with company policies, data governance standards and applicable regulations.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

AI-ready GTM data foundation concept

AI-based GTM ecosystem prototypes, digital twins

Education & Experience Recommended:

Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, data, technology, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Data science or AI track record

Fluency in English language (both written and verbal).
