A Little About the Role

We are seeking a Go-to-Market Training and Enablement Manager to build, deliver, and continuously improve training and enablement programs that elevate the performance of our Customer Success, Retention, Customer Support, and Implementation teams. This role is critical to ensuring our post-sales teams are equipped with the Customer skills, processes, product knowledge, and tools they need to drive adoption, product utilization, and contribute to overall revenue growth and retention.

The ideal candidate has a passion for adult learning, process mapping, a strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle motions, and experience enabling customer-facing roles. This candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and has a knack for translating complexity into simple, actionable learning.

What you’ll do:

Training Design & Delivery:

  • Develop and deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • for our customer facing go-to-market teams.

Training Delivery:

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members.

Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to customer facing employees.

Performance Assessment:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Assess sales team performance through various metrics and provide actionable feedback.

Identify areas for improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to identify training needs and priorities.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and methods.

GO-TO-MARKET Enablement:

Develop and maintain a library of GO-TO-MARKET enablement resources, including scripts, objection handling guides, and product information.

Ensure the GO-TO-MARKET teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge to effectively sell the company's SaaS solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

3-5 years' experience in sales training and/or leadership

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Strong understanding of GO-TO-MARKET processes, methodologies, and/or frameworks.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Strong analytical skills and ability to assess training effectiveness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Experience with CRM and sales enablement software (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc.).

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Physical Requirements:

This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods

Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees

Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday

Occasional travel may be required for this position

Salary

$110,000 - $130,000/year DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. Procare operates in a hybrid working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
