Basic Qualifications

• •Active NYS Security Guard License (for applicable roles)
• •Relevant certifications as required by position
• •Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• •Availability to work assigned schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

• •If hired, be prepared to complete new-hire paperwork on site and present original, unexpired documents of your choice that establish identity and authorization to work in the United States (Form I-9)

Security Officer Qualifications

Valid New York State Security Guard License

8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training Certificate

16-Hour On-the-Job Training Certificate

Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required

Concierge Qualifications

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required

Handle package deliveries, including logging and distributing, as well as external vendor deliveries

Fire Life Safety Director Qualifications

Valid New York State Security Guard License

T-89 License or F-89 License

1 Year FLSD Experience

Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required

Manning the command station as well as the lobby desk

Making announcements

Responding to alarms (supervisory, trouble and fire)

Carrying out EAP and fire plans when necessary
