Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Handwerker:in als Facility Manager:in Bahnhöfe (w/m/d) für die DB InfraGO AG am Standort Weimar.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • \* In deiner Rolle als Senior Stationsinspektor:in (Operative:r Facility Manager:in) sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Bahnhöfe in ordnungsgemäßem Zustand sind
  • \* Dein Job ist draußen - du behebst Mängel vor Ort und nimmst bauliche Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen vor
  • \* Kleinere Schäden, wie Graffitis, beseitigst du eigenständig, aufwändigere Maßnahmen erledigst du im Team mit deinen Kolleg:innen
  • \* Darüber hinaus nimmst du außerplanmäßige Einsätze wahr, z. B. im Winterdienst
  • \* Sonstige betriebliche Tätigkeiten, wie die Aktualisierung von Fahrplanaushängen, gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
  • \* Du wirst regelmäßig in der Region (Thüringen) unterwegs sein und gelegentlich auswärts übernachten

Dein Profil:

  • \* Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung in einem anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf wie Garten- und Landschaftsbauer:in, Anlagenmechaniker:in, Maurer:in, Maler:in und Lackierer:in o.ä.
  • \* Erste Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, im GaLa Bau, im Handwerk, in der Stationsbetreuung, als Hauswart:in oder als Hausmeister:in zeichnet dich aus
  • \* Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind gut
  • \* Du bist wetterfest und bereit für eine Arbeit, die fast immer draußen und an der frischen Luft stattfindet
  • \* Als kommunikative, teamfähige und gut organisierte Person bereicherst du unser Team
  • \* Du verfügst über einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B (idealerweise sogar B96/BE) und gelegentliche Dienstreisen machen dir nichts aus
