### Vielfältige Aufgaben erwarten Ihr Engagement:

Sie werden Teil der topsystem GmbH und damit Teil der EPG. Als Hardware-/Firmware-Entwickler - Audio Devices (m/w/d) leisten Sie Ihren Beitrag zur digitalen und smarten Logistik von morgen! Konkret werden Sie Teil des Product Development-Teams unserer Voice Solutions-Sparte und entwickeln die nächste Generation unserer Hardware-Produkte von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife. Im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Arbeit stehen Embedded Software- und Firmware-Entwicklung für unsere Audio-Produkte, ergänzt um klassische Elektronikentwicklung.

### Im Detail setzen sich Ihre Aufgaben wie folgt zusammen:

  • Sie entwickeln Embedded Software und Firmware in C und C++.
  • Sie programmieren Mikrocontroller für Audio-Produkte mit Batterie, Lautsprechern, Mikrofonen, digitalen Audio-Bussystemen und Bluetooth.
  • Sie führen die systematische Analyse und das Debugging auf Hardware-, Firmware- und Systemebene durch.
  • Sie designen und optimieren Schaltungen.
  • Sie sind für Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Test von Prototypen sowie Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Optimierungen verantwortlich.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit EMS-Dienstleistern und externen Prüflaboren zusammen.
  • Sie bringen Ihre technische Perspektive in Produktentscheidungen sowie kontinuierliche Abstimmungen mit dem Product Owner und den anderen Hardware-Entwicklern ein.
  • Sie nutzen moderne Entwicklungs- und Kollaborationstools wie Jira, Confluence, KiCad, Git und KI-gestützter Assistenten.

### Ihr interessantes Profil runden Sie mit folgenden Qualifikationen ab:

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung in der Serienentwicklung von Embedded Software und Firmware in C und/oder C++ sowie in der Elektronikentwicklung.
  • Idealerweise kennen Sie sich im Umfeld von Audio-Elektronik aus (z. B. Lautsprecher, Mikrofone, digitale Audio-Schnittstellen).
  • Erfahrungen mit Beamforming und Bluetooth-Audio erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg.
  • Von Vorteil sind zudem Kenntnisse im Bereich 3D-Druck und Spritzguss zur Entwicklung und Bewertung von Gehäuselösungen.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch gute kommunikative Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
