Sie möchten Menschen in herausfordernden Lebensphasen mit Struktur, Achtsamkeit und Respekt zur Seite stehen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams bei Haushaltshilfe 24 der Sozialassistenz gGmbH als Soutien-Kraft, eine besondere Form der Alltagshilfe, die mehr ist als Unterstützung.

Was bedeutet „Soutien“?

„Soutien“ stammt aus dem Französischen und bedeutet „Unterstützung“. Bei uns sind Soutien-Kräfte stille Bezugspersonen mit Haltung – nicht laut, nicht über Menschen hinweg, sondern an ihrer Seite.

Ihre Aufgaben als Soutien-Kraft

· Unterstützung nach Geburt, Klinikaufenthalt, im Alter oder in schwierigen Lebenssituationen

· Haushaltnahe Tätigkeiten: Wäsche, Einkaufen, Ordnung schaffen

· Begleitung zu Terminen und Gesprächen

· Entlastung der Angehörigen durch Alltagstruktur und Orientierung

Kein Pflegedienst, kein klassischer Helfer, sondern eine aufmerksame Begleitung mit Präsenz und Haltung.

Das bieten wir Ihnen

· Vergütung ab 14,00 €/Stunde, zuzüglich Extras

Ihr Einsatz bei uns

· Werktags – keine Wochenenden oder Feiertage

· Flexible Zeiten: vormittags oder nachmittags möglich

· Rückhalt durch Team und Koordination

Quereinstieg ausdrücklich erwünscht

Wir suchen keine perfekten Lebensläufe, sondern Menschen mit Haltung und Nähe. Ob mit Berufspause oder aus unterschiedlichen Berufsbereichen: Sie sind willkommen. Auch Menschen über 50 Jahre oder kurz vor der Rente, die gebraucht werden wollen, passen hervorragend in unser Team.
