Hausmeister/in gesucht – Teilzeit / Vollzeit

Wir suchen für die Betreuung unserer Immobilien in Gera einen zuverlässigen und handwerklich geschickten Hausmeister/in.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Instandhaltung: Kleinere Reparaturen und Ausbesserungsarbeiten im und am Gebäude.
  • Pflege: Betreuung der Außenanlagen, Grünflächen und Gehwege.
  • Winterdienst: Schneeräumung und Streuen bei Bedarf.
  • Haustechnik: Überwachung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen.
  • Sauberkeit: Müllbereitstellung und allgemeine Ordnung auf dem Grundstück.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Handwerk: Praktisches Geschick oder eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässig, selbstständig und pflichtbewusst.
  • Mobilität: Führerschein der Klasse B, eigener Pkw von Vorteil.
  • Auftreten: Freundlicher und serviceorientierter Umgang mit Mietern/Kunden.
