### Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir in Festanstellung in Teilzeit oder als Minijob zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • Objektkontrolle
  • Absprache über durchzuführende Arbeiten mit dem Eigentümer
  • Kleinreparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durchführen, vor allem:
  • Malerarbeiten, Fliesenlegen, Rigipsarbeiten, Bodenverlegung
  • Absprache mit Mietern zwecks Terminvereinbarungen und notwendigem Arbeitsbedarf
  • Nach Bedarf und Verfügbarkeit, Mitarbeit an der Renovierung von Wohnungen

Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung: 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerk bzw. Bauwesen
  • Allrounder mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Renovierung von Wohnungen
  • Spezialkenntnisse im Trockenbau von Vorteil

Rahmenbedingungen: 

  • 1-2 Tage die Woche (6-8 Std)
  • Kurzer Anfahrtsweg ist wünschenswert
  • Bei kurzfristigem Bedarf flexibel sein
  • Mitarbeiterwohnung kann bei Bedarf angemietet werden
