Für unser Schullandheim suchen wir einen Hausmeister (m/w/d) mit einer Arbeitszeit von 19,5 Std./Woche.

Das Schullandheim Winterberg, ein beliebtes Ziel für Schulklassen, Familien und Freizeitgruppen. Deine Aufgaben als Hausmeister bei uns:

  • Überwachung und Wartung der Gebäude und Außenanlagen
  • Pflege der Grünflächen und des Gartens
  • Kleinere Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Verantwortung für die technische Ausstattung des Hauses (Heizung, Elektrik, Sanitär etc.)

Diese Anforderungen solltest du erfüllen:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein Klasse B (ehemals Klasse 3)
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (notfalls auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
