  • Betreuung und regelmäßige Kontrolle unserer Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Überprüfung technischer Anlagen und Einrichtungen
  • Durchführung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Behebung kleinerer technischer und handwerklicher Mängel
  • Koordination und Einweisung externer Handwerks- und Wartungsfirmen
  • Kontrolle und Abnahme extern ausgeführter Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Zustand und Betriebssicherheit der betreuten Objekte
  • Durchführung von Winterdienst und Grünflächenpflege

Sie betreuen dabei unterschiedliche Immobilien wie Wohnungen, Gewerbeobjekte, Parkhaus und Einkaufspassage – entsprechend abwechslungsreich ist Ihr Arbeitsalltag.

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Handwerk, in der Haustechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Instandhaltung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Freude daran, Immobilien technisch und handwerklich in Schuss zu halten

Auch interessant für Sie, wenn Sie beispielsweise als Hausmeister, Betriebshandwerker, Gebäudetechniker, Haustechniker, Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektriker / Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Schlosser, Tischler, Installateur oder Instandhalter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) tätig sind.
