Deine Aufgaben:

  • Wartung und Reparatur von Heizung, Lüftung, Klimaanlage, Sanitär- und Elektroanlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Funktion von Aufzügen, Beleuchtung und Brandschutzsystemen
  • Technische Unterstützung für Gästezimmer (TV, Klimaanlage, Minibar, etc.)
  • Überwachung von Sicherheitssystemen und Notfalltechnik
  • Koordination von Renovierungen und technischen Projekten
  • Dokumentation von Wartungsarbeiten und Störungsberichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Energiesparmaßnahmen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Haustechnik, Elektrik, Sanitär oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Hoteltechnik von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
