HCM Test Automation & Quality Engineer

• This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance of an enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform.
• You will support a large-scale federal modernization program where defects can directly affect payroll, benefits, and career management.
• The position combines hands-on test automation with comprehensive functional, integration, performance, security, accessibility, and user acceptance testing.
• You will help validate agency migration waves, integrations, payroll results, and quarterly platform updates before production deployment.
• Working within a SAFe Agile continuous testing framework, you will collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.
